Verdure
A downloadable game
Verdure is an analogue storytelling and role-playing game for one person, played in an empty kitchen while preparing and eating salad. The actual preparation and consumption of food is integral to the game experience.
Verdure is about witchcraft, revenge, and the unforeseen consequences of one's actions.
Verdure won for "Most Innovative" for the IGDN Indie Groundbreaker Awards 2019, and was on the reading list for the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers' of America's 2019 Nebula Awards.
In 2018, Verdure was featured in the "Rules to Play By" exhibition at The Flow Gallery, in conjunction with PixelPop Festival. It was also featured in Issue 7 of More Seats at The Table.
